In Texas, you can expunge certain records but not those of a conviction. Texas expungement law allows expungement of arrests which did not lead to a finding of guilt, and class C misdemeanors if the defendant received deferred adjudication, and completed community supervision.
A pardon would have to come from the Board of Pardons and Parole. Here's info:

Because you were convicted you would have to provide new evidence to show that you were innocent of the crime. The cost of that process would be immense.
