Would my record be cleared at 18?

i got arrested for drug and stealing around 15. now tha ti am 19 i want to join the air national guard. so what i am asking is would my record be cleared. and if they do ask me about my record for i say yes?Would my record be cleared at 18?
Best thing to do is be honest. Juvenile Criminal History is normally sealed at the age of 18, however, the Armed Services will normally file a court order to see those documents. Best advice, be honest with your recruiter when it comes to your juvenile criminal history, armed services normally look past juvenile criminal history, BUT there is no guarantee, especially for what your job will be in the military. best of luckWould my record be cleared at 18?
The government has access to juvenile records. Nothing is concealed or sealed from the federal government prior to age 18.

Sealing juvenile records are the product of state laws. States can not pass laws telling the Federal Government what they can or can't do. It works the other way around. Federal Government tells states what to do.

You had better come clean, they will find out anyways.
If you stayed out of trouble for one year y9u can have your record expunged. That means having it struck from the records or the case sealed. Since yu were fifteen the military will take that into account if you have kept your nose clean since then. You would have to get a lawyer to have it expunged.
Your record is never cleared. Answer truthfully to the national guard, they can pull your juvenile record anyway and then you are a liar if you told them you weren't convicted of any crimes.
Anyone who is dumb enough to do drugs and steal at 15 is more than likely still a pretty worthless individual at the age of 19. Hopefully, they don't take you. You don't deserve the honor of serving our nation.
