You need a lawyer and about 1500 bucks. It's a long drawn out process that's WAY too expensive. They don't give a damn whether you're reformed or not all they care about is the $$$$$$How do i get my arrest record expunged in TX. And it was listed with the nasd do i need to clear it also?
If you didnt get arrested for fraud I wouldnt worry too much about it. I would explain it to the NASD and see what goes from there. I know the only thing that will definetly bar you would be if you got in trouble for theft of any kind.How do i get my arrest record expunged in TX. This can only be done if you were aquitted of all charges. Contact the court where the aquittal verdict was entered and request that these records be expunged.
