The tickets come back to the owner of the car, not the driver, so try to get him to go with you to the Clerk of Courts and see if they will change things over in his name. You can talk with an attorney and see if there is any way but that could get costly.

There probably isn't much you can do because YOU are responsible for who drives your car so they may tell you there isn't anything you can do.

You might also take him to Civil Court and sue him and when you fill out your request, state you want to be reimbursed for the cost of the tickets, the court costs and that you want all the tickets transferred to his name. If they find in your favor, you have everything covered in your lawsuit when you file. Be sure you document every thing you can and keep all original copies of any paperwork involved in all this.

Sounds like you had a real jerk of a bf. I'd be very careful in the future about who I let drive my vehicle. How can i clear my name from traffic ticket records or anything i did not do?
My opinion you should never lend anyone the car because your liable for any damages of tickets that are accumulated with your property. You need to find out by the County Clerk what else is pending under your name, do not rely on your boyfriend's word of mouth because he doesn't seem reliable. Never trust anyone else with your property. You need to say no to people and not be too generous with your car. If you have any points under your name you can take a AAA Driver Improvement Program so you can get a reducation of insurance of 10% each year for 3 years.
I'm guessing these are parking tickets if they somehow are in your name when he was driving. The only thing you can do is pay the fines and try to sue him for the money you spent; however, I don't know how you would prove that he was driving the car at the time and not you. In the future, do not let anyone drive your car unless you are in it. Even then, I wouldn't let anyone drive my car unless it was my husband.
Given how much surveillance there is everywhere nowadays, cameras etc, you could ask the police to go through the camera recordings from the areas (cities) where your boyfriend has been with the car, at the times when he may have been there. Maybe they can find some evidence that he has actually been there and that you have not.
