i got arrested when I was 18 for theft. It was something really stupid but now it is on my record. I am going into education and really need this off of my record. I live in Wisconsin. Can someone give me good advice. Does clearmyrecords.com work??? Thanks. Clear my records in Wisconsin.....?
The State of Wisconsin has no provision for expunging a record. The only option is a pardon from the Governor, but that is rarely used.Clear my records in Wisconsin.....?
Don't waste your money. There is no way for it to come off your record. There is no way to get a charge off your record. Granted it was stupid and when you were 18, but government officials do this on purpose to send a serious message. I did get arrested for driving on a suspended license, and I'm in school for paramedic and criminal justice, and it is off my record. It depends on the sentencing. Most likely, it will always be there though.
