How can i clear my record?

i want to work for the INS (LA MIGRA) but when i was young and dumb( 19 or 20 cant remember) i was trying to help my friend by bringing her niece from tj to san diego through the border with somebody Else's birth certificate and got caught i am 30 yrs old right know and very mad at my self for being that fricken stupid but i really want to work for the ins to get the illegal alien smugglers and help protect this country from drug smugglers How can i clear my record?
You're right -- that was really stupid, and it will continue to haunt you for the rest of your life. No chance of working for Border Patrol, Transportation Security, FBI, any sort of federal government job, any state or local police/law enforcement job.

You can't clean it. But what you can do instead of crying about what you did in the past is talk to people that are using drugs to stop supporting the drug business and to stop using the cheap labor illegals provide. May be that is a way to help too.
