my name given to cibil as defaulter of loan.but i never defaulted any loan.i got the report some way.but it was not clear which bank as given.so that i could nt take any actions.so pl help me outAny body in india just me how to clear my name cibil records which was purpsly given by un disclosed member?
Need an attorney to get that done.
