okay, i just graduated with a Bachelor's in Social Work and want a governement job, they have the best pay and benefits, etc...however I had a lead foot in the past and have a 3 page long driving record with tons of seeding tickets and probably 4 or 5 liscense suspencions and revocations. I screwed up and now I cant get a job i want that requires a good driving record. There has to be something I can do to exponge this....I mean, these are speeding tickets NOT felonies for f's sake!!! Anyone have any ideas? How do i get my baddriving record cleared for a job?
IN SOME STATES THEY DROP OFF IN 3 OR 5 YEARS. YOU CAN TRY TO SEE IF YOU CAN FIND A DESK JOB WITH NO DRIVING.YOU CAN USE YOUR OWN CAR AND MAYBE SIGN A WAVIER STATING THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS YOU ARE IN WHILE WORKING.How do i get my baddriving record cleared for a job?
A driving record like that is essentially impossible to get cleared. People who require a good driving record for a job are serious about it. If you manage to hide a bad record and are found out, you will be fired on the spot.
You will have to be very good from now on and get no more tickets for at least 10 years to get your record half way back to normal.
I am afraid that you need to look for a strictly office job that does NOT involve using a vehicle.
And try to learn a little patience. Driving with a lead foot wastes gas, wears out your car and in city driving, you do not get there much faster.
