Can my juvenile record still be cleared ?

I was arrested 2 times (innocent on both). Both times i was released early because there was not enough evidence. The 2nd time i was arrested i had 20+ counts of felony, ranging from conspiracy to kidnapping. The charges were pretty serious but what really happened was not as serious as the charges claim.

Before i turned 18 i went to the juvenile hall and did all the paper work to clear my case. I was told that i would receive a letter when it's completed. Months passed and nothing happened. I went back 3 more times after i turned 18 to present day and they said they are waiting for the court (whatever that means).

I am 19 now and still there is no notification. Why is it taking so long? Will my record me cleared?

This is California btwCan my juvenile record still be cleared ?
well, if both charges were dropped, then you probably wont have that bad of a record. your record could possibly show that the charges were brought against you, but my guess would be that if you keep your nose clean and stay out of trouble, those charges will eventually fade. Can my juvenile record still be cleared ?
At this point it does not matter. Your juvenile record can only be seen by the court. But since you are now an adult it is a very low priority for the judge. it is probably at the bottom of his in box or mixed up with another set of papers.
