I am 19 years old and about a year and a half ago I was caught driving by myself with my g1. I should have tried to take it to court but instead i paid for it and automatically convicted myself. I know i have the option of reopening the case and try to fight it but it has been over a year and i tihnk it is only granted within 15 days of being convicted I live in ontario by the way. As of now my insurance will not even insure me cause it is a ';major conviction';. Which is the fastest way possible to clear my record? I cannot wait 2 more years for my insurance to clear it.The fastest way to clear my driving record?
If your insurance won't clear it for 2 years there's no way for you to clear it any faster. No community service for you.The fastest way to clear my driving record?
find another insurance company, and pay the uber amount it will take to be insured. a major conviction means you are a high risk and just not worth insuring to a lot of companies.
Good Luck
