the only one time in my whole life i was arrested was in sex soliciting wich was a set up and a missunderstand from the police.they never had a tape,the court had dropped the case,i have a proof of all that(no tape found and the drop of the case from the court) i really was innocent. but now my record still show (soliciting for sex) even though the case had been dropped.please help me thank youHow to get my record cleared?
I would seggest that you seek legal advise to tackle this issue for you. As they will know how/if it is possible to clear your name and remove you from the records.How to get my record cleared?
You need to file a motion with the court to have the arrest expunged. If you can prove that there was no probable cause for the arrest, then it should be expunged. This depends on where you're at though.
I would contact an attorney and explain your situation.

i think you have to go so many years with out any convictions and keep a good name with out tickets,good work record ect ect
then you have to file a pardon with your govenor
i don't think it goes away. its not bad because you were never charged, but it will still be on your record that you were arrested.
dirty little secret, even if you have the information expunged, the companies that sell public data to employers/landlords have no legal duty to delete expunged information from their data base
