Can my record ever be Cleared?

I have a history of DUI's ... I am not proud of that but they are something I have done.





1) 18yrs old DUI 1987


2) 18yrs old DUI 1988


3) 19yrs old Wet Wreak less 1988


4) 32yrs old DUI 2001


5) 35yrs old DUI 2004





I have completed all requirements given to me. I have also quit drinking and have been sobar for 3 years. I know I have to wait until 2014 for the DUI to be off my driving record, but after that can I have it wiped out of my criminal record? They were Misdemeanors... not felonysCan my record ever be Cleared?

No. Your criminal record doesn't clear over time.





Your insurance company may consider your DUI(s) old news after 2014, but your criminal record does not.
Unless you're a really good hacker, no they cannot be erased. You did all those things when you were an adult, so that's why. You'll just have to live with the consequences.
1 and 2 should get cleared. (heck, george bush got it cleared)





3rd might get cleared.





4 and 5 will take a long time.
I am not sure but as far as i know they will get to you if you get in some deep trouble in latrer stages
