when I was 17 I got a ticket for being in the street (in my neighborhood!). I had to go to court for it and I never payed the fines, so do I have a bench warrant now ? or was it cleared when I turned 18 ?Would this be cleared from my record?
18 may be the magical number for most things but it does not get you out of a ticket. you will most likely have a warrent out for you....regardless of you becoming an adult....sorry might want to pay those fines because NOW that you are an adult....they can put you legally in jail.Would this be cleared from my record?
