I'm an RN in TX, I have a class B misd. on my record, is there any way to clear my record befor I renew my lic

I'm an RN in TX..recieved a class B misdemeanor recently, is there any way to clear my record before I renew my RN liscense so I don't have to divulge this information to the board? I read about expungement, but also read the board may even have access to the records that are expunged.I'm an RN in TX, I have a class B misd. on my record, is there any way to clear my record befor I renew my lic
