i have 2 misdameniors (sp) on my record and i cant seem to get any thing financed because of them. how can i clear my record.both accounts happend about a year or 2 agoHow to clear my record?
My understanding is that if they happened while you were a minor they should be expunged when you reach majority age (21). If you were 21 or older you can try to get them expunged from your record but usually you have to wait for more than 2 years. Are you sure it is the misdemeanors that are hurting your credit and not something else - like no credit history or bad credit history?
