In most states you can complete a driver training course and get a license re-instated if it was suspended, but the offense or offenses stays on the driving record. If it was a speeding ticket or something simple, it should fall off with your state's statute of limitations. If it was something like a DUI, then I have no idea what you would have to do apart from the required SR21 classes.
