How can I clear up my criminal record so that in 2 years when I'm done with college I can get a decent job.

I have a couple felony charges one is about six years old and the other is about 3 years old.How can I clear up my criminal record so that in 2 years when I'm done with college I can get a decent job.
I think you will have to consult with an attorney on this one. Some crimes, can be exsponged, though. Wish I could be more help!

God bless...and BEHAVE!!How can I clear up my criminal record so that in 2 years when I'm done with college I can get a decent job.
Felonies leave your record after 7 years. There is nothing you can do to get them off of your record.

But my friend has a felony on his record, and when he got his auto body job 3 years ago, he didn't check the box about having a crime on his record and obviously he still got hired. Because you went to college, that should tell employers that you are mature and capable of doing the job they give you, so don't worry about it.
am sorry for u

what do u need eith a 3year old,or a six year????

just stop being a loser
I dont think you can, if you trying to turn your life around that wonderful. Work hard and prove your a differnt person a good employer will be able to see the changes and give you a chance.

Lots of vollenteer work helps as well, it was a mistake one you cant hide or lie about you just have to make it the smallest thing on you resuma.

I might also try being selfemployed.

Good luck!
That can depend on what country you live in - and what your offenses were and how long you were in prison for
you cant clear felony records, unless it was not you that done the crime.you can have some records expunged (cleared) if there is not a repeated arrest record for it. example, you got arrested for aggravated assault, one time,it never went to court, case was dismissed etc.you received no jail time except for the arrest itself,or no probation.then in certain states you can have that cleared.i would talk to a local lawer and ask them. i have done some research on this matter, you will have to live with the felony records.
