How can I clear my Driver's license record?

Had tickets in 2000 but got sick and couldn't drive so just forgot about it. Moved from Pa. to Ga. to help sick father. Now I am better and need to drive. License expired in 2004. Haven't drove in 5 years. License suspended for not answering letters that I never received because I moved. Can't get Phila. traffic court to answer phone. Can't get any info. Have very little income. Need serious advice on how to proceed please. How can I clear my Driver's license record?
Go to the PA Bureau of Motor Vehicles in person. How can I clear my Driver's license record?
Thats tough with little money. You might need a lawyer. Tickets in another state might not affect your ability to obtain a license depending on what those tickets were for.

There is most likely a warrant for your arrest in the original state but they will not cross state lines to extradite.
where are u living
i dont think u can do that
You need to pay your fines and reinstsatement fees before you willbe able to get your license back. Secondly, you should call the DMV where yu live and see if you can either have a hearing to have your license reinstated or see if there is a payment plan you can sign up for to get your license back as long as you make paymetns.
