Is there any way i can clear my police record? i have no felonys a Pi and possession of marijuana...Is there any way i can clear my police record?
you will have tp petition the courts.even when they say its cleared you are still on the computers and in the files.an employer would never see the info anyway. they get very basic information.even the pay sites never give you any info.what it means is that the info will be pulled from anyone being able to retrieve the info.even for the moron below i just mispelled a word. i made the change when i noticed the mispelling.i did 25 years of service. how many have you done?

You can petition the courts for an expungement, or ask the governer of your state for a pardon.
The bureaus won't allow it. States and Feds are making it more tough for past records to be purged. You'll have to get a lawyer and petition a court to seal your records.





With the voters and congress pushed (bullied) to pass the REAL ID ACT, you're up the creek without a paddle.
